Making changes to a habit is hard. We are so used to being at the beck and call of those around us, but we are useless to those we want to help if we can not keep our self happy and healthy.

We have heard over and over again that with the introduction of the smartphone and having access to our work life on personal time does not let have that break or having home offices.

This where we need to take control, we have allowed these helpful tools to manage our time. If you use any calendar feature, book a time of day maybe it is one evening a week that you are home early enough to spend time doing what you need to, do to rejuvenate. Being available to spend time with your spouse, putting your kids to bed or going to a class.

If your weekends are spent catching up with those house hold errands, why not hire someone like a concierge/personal assistant to look after those errands during the week, so that your weekends can be spent having a late breakfast or doing nothing but reading Calvin and Hobbs.
